2D to 3D Conversion
Accurate conversion of 2D blueprints into a 3D model. This is where it all started
for BlueCub3D. We have been performing blueprint conversions on projects such as Hospitals,
Prisons, Utility Plants and Casinos for a number of years. Our finished product can be delivered
to clients in various formats, most of which can be viewed and manipulated using completely
free viewer programs, such as Navisworks Freedom Viewer or Autodesk Design Review.
Construction Coordination
We have extensive experience participating in the 3D MEP coordination process, and can represent our
clients best interests with the knowledge needed to be an active participant. Also, we can provide detailed reports
identifying problem areas within a model via Clash Detection software. This gives our clients the ability to review
and resolve conflicts prior to production, lowering the overall cost of labor and materials.
Manufacturing Drawings
When you hire BlueCub3D to perform your 2D to 3D Conversions, you have the added option
of receiving accurate manufacturing drawings (aka "Shop Drawings") as part of the final product.
This option provides our clients with material schedules which reduces the overall costs
associated with estimating and purchasing. Additionally, this option also provides fully
dimensioned assembly drawings to our clients. Manufacturing Drawings have proven to lower the
overall costs since clients are able to pre-assemble many components prior to shipping them to
the job site for installation.
Customization
At BlueCub3D we are always looking for ways to improve the way that AutoCAD works for us.
Over the years, we have become pretty knowledgable with the different aspects and features of
AutoCAD and it's vertical siblings. And as such, our custom content library has become quite
extensive with everything from 3D Dynamic Blocks to Schedule Tags and Walls Styles.

This is a fully funtional 3-D Dynamic Trapeze Hanger utilizing P1000 uni-strut and all-thread
rod from 1/4" up to 1" trade size.
